Terms and conditions

1) Included in all total  Fees.

–  Services of a fully licensed PH and his staff and 4 x 4 fitted hunting vehicle.

–  All trophy hunting permits as needed ( see pricelist )

–  Accommodation during the hunting period.

–  Food , drinks , bottled water , beers , wines , hard liquor in moderation.

–  Client Mozambican hunting license .

–  Temporary import permit for one rifle

–  Availability of 3 fly camps and 1 main camp.

–  Government animal tags for lion , leopard and buffalo packages

–  Field preparation of trophies .

–  Government conservation fees and license fees for lion , leopard and buffalo .

–  Access to internet at main camp ( wifi )

–  Access to electricity at main camp ( supplied by generator ) 220 volts.

–  Trophy fees for lion , leopard and buffalo.

2) Prices exclude the following ( extras )

–  Meet and greet at Maputo airport.

–  Traveling and health insurance . 

–  Gratitudes 

–  Animal tags and license fees and trophy fees not incl in our packages.

–  Pre baiting for lion and leopard , baits ex.

–  Transportation , Lichinga to camp and back .

–  Processing of trophies , certificates , delivery to shippers in Lichinga . 

–  Air charters

3) All prices are based on 1 x 1 bookings – 1 client to professional hunter , except 2 x 1 buffalo option.

4)Deposits of 50% on booking of safari .

5) Balance of 50% on the safari is due no later than 30 March .

6) Allocation of safari slots / dates are on a first come first serve basis .

7)Rifles and ammo can be rented from camp on a daily basis .

8) For lion , leopard and buffalo packages  , if the animal was not successfully hunted , then the trophy fee will be refunded .

Cancelation of safari. Safaris may be cancelled and deposits refunded as follows : If a safari is cancelled more than 365 days prior to the commencement dates of the safari , all payments made to date , less 5% administration fee and all expenses already incurred will be refunded . If  cancelled between 180 and 365 days to the commencement date off the safari , a 50% refund of all payments made to date and less all expenses  already inured will be made . If a safari is cancelled less than 180 days of start date of the safari , no refund will be made, unless a substitute can be provided for the exact dates that has been cancelled. If a safari is rolled over to a following year for what so ever reason and then cancelled , no refund will be made unless a substitute can be provided for the exact dates that has been cancelled.

All prices are subject to change due to exchange rates fluctuations / government license fees . If a deposit is paid , all prices are fixed for the duration of the safari dates .
